Fantastic service!
Made the process of buying a fire so easy. They’re so open and honest about everything.
Lisa, who we dealt with was excellent. When we had a big issue, Lisa and the team went out of their way to help us out in any way they could.
Chris, the fitter was also fantastic. Again, when unforeseen problems arose he was great and couldn’t do enough to help us.
Can’t recommend them enough.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were looking to change our existing gas fire for an electric one. After chatting to Ben for his advice, we purchased one he demonstrated for us and at a good price too.
Very happy to recommend The Fireplace Shop and Stove Centre to anyone looking for a new fire.
